Item arrived quickly and well packaged. The tie comes in its own cylindrical container with a transparent lid to view tie when stored. It is clearly a high quality item. I would highly recommend this company and will order more in the future.

This is my third long silk scarf that I've purchased from Elizabetta. The other two were a red/pink one and bright, light blue/yellow one. Every time I have worn any of these scarves I receive compliments on it, for how beautiful they are; and if/when appropriate, I invite that person to have a closer look and feel, as these scarves are truly lovely in every way.
The customer service I've received each time has been very personalized and helpful -- i can't say enough about what a wonderful company this is, and what a high quality product it is that they offer. They are special!
