USA:We offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer faster, paid shipping options at checkout. We ship from the USA, so no customs or duties are due.

UK: We offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer express shipping at checkout. We ship from the UK, so no customs or duties are due.

EU:We offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer express shipping at checkout. We ship from the EU, so no customs or duties are due.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping and customs charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A signature may be required at delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use a physical address.

***For orders outside of the USA, EU and UK, all duties, taxes, and handling fees for importing your order will be calculated and charged at checkout. You do not need to pay anything else to the customs authorities***

Damages:If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note: we do everything possible to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, and normally there are no problems, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays.
