An extra-long silk necktie made with grenadine grossa weave in deep luxurious navy with Elizabetta's signature chocolate pinstripe silk tipping. Traditional and stylish.
A grenadine tie is one of the most stylish, refined accessories you can have in your wardrobe. An investment piece that will stand the test of time.
Handwoven on ancient wooden looms in Lake Como, Italy, grenadine has a unique loose weave that is subtle and elegant.
I received the tie and like it very much.
The tie arrived very quickly and was very nicely packaged. Very thick and weighty, ties a very nice knot. The color is a bit darker than it looks in the individual photos but the comparison photo looks close. That said, it is exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier.

Lake Como Grenadine Silk
Genuine grenadine silk is produced exclusively in Como, on wooden shuttle looms dating back to the early 1900s. Twisted yarn dyed silk yarns are woven in a loose, gauze weave, creating a sheer, textured fabric that drapes beautifully.
Only two mills in Como make this specialty fabric, making the supplies quite coveted.
A true grenadine silk tie is a refined addition to every gentleman's wardrobe.
